As a licensed gyoseishoshi (certified administrative procedures legal specialist), I am authorized to draft and file official documents with the Japanese authorities on behalf of my clients, such as contracts, articles of incorporation, inheritance-related deeds, or applications for administrative permits.

- Shinsei toritsugi gyoseishoshi: I am authorized to submit applications to Japanese immigration on behalf of my clients without them needing to appear in person.

Wills and Inheritance

Preparation of notarial wills

In cases involving real estate in Japan, I work directly with my husband, a judicial scrivener (shihoshoshi), to handle the property transfer formalities. This collaboration allows us to offer you comprehensive support without the need for additional intermediaries.
This service can be offered independently or as a follow-up to a will I have prepared for you. It also includes, when necessary, referral to a partner tax advisor (zeirishi) for assistance with tax declarations.
Visas and Permanent Residence
As a certified application agent authorized by the immigration services (shinsei toritsugi gyoseishoshi), I am authorized to submit your applications directly to the immigration office, without the need for you to appear in person.
I assist you in preparing your application, whether it involves a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE), a change or renewal of residence status, or a permanent residency application.
With the continuous tightening of immigration rules and increasingly strict requirements for permanent residency applications, I carefully review every detail of your file to maximize your chances of success.

Business establishment and license applications
In collaboration with my husband, a shihōshoshi (judicial scrivener), we offer a comprehensive business establishment service, including the drafting of articles of incorporation, company registration, and applications for the permits and licenses required for your commercial activities (second-hand goods trade, food service, urban planning, real estate, waste collection and transport, etc.).
If needed, we can refer you to a Japanese certified tax accountant (zeirishi) to handle the accounting and tax follow-up for your company.

Vehicle registration certificate and other routine procedures
Authorized by the Saitama Gyoseishoshi Association to affix license plate seals directly at the vehicle’s location, I offer full support for procedures related to the modification of the vehicle registration certificate. This includes applications for the parking space certificate (shako shomei) and the sealing of rear license plates. This way, you don’t need to go to the police station or the vehicle inspection and registration office.
I cover the southern part of Saitama and the northern part of Tokyo. If you are from another region and need assistance, I can connect you with other gyoseishoshi who are also authorized to carry out these procedures.

PROFILE
I am a French gyoseishoshi (licensed administrative scrivener in Japan), supporting foreign residents in navigating administrative and legal procedures, particularly when faced with language and cultural barriers.
Living in Japan since 2007, I have been a student, intern and employee. These experiences gave me first-hand insight into how Japanese companies and institutions operate. I passed Level 1 of the former JLPT in 2009 and pursued self-directed training in law and accounting.
In 2021, I obtained the gyoseishoshi license from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, allowing me to draft and submit legal and administrative documents to Japanese authorities on behalf of my clients.
In 2025, I opened my own practice to support those who, like me, live between two cultures. I work in collaboration with my husband, a shihoshoshi (judicial scrivener), and our trusted network of legal and tax professionals.
I am committed to providing bilingual support that allows my clients to express themselves in their native language — without the mental effort of translation, the risk of misunderstanding, or the burden of cultural adaptation.
